技 术 参 数
青岛金盾除锈剂本产品既能除去金属氧化物又能在金属表面形成具有耐蚀性的保护膜，可与金属紧密结合在一起，可提高金属与高分子材料的粘合性。
产品特点：

适用领域：
青岛金盾除锈剂对钢筋、铁骨架、钢管保管/施工过程的除锈（特别是焊接部位螺栓内侧及外露部分）
铁塔、栏杆、顶盖、储罐、管道等外露铁金属物体的除锈
各种铁构造物、桥梁、舰艇、船舶等建造、修理时的除锈
铁道、车辆、农用机械、工业机械、设备及重金属装备的除锈
使用方法：
1.使用前先将金属表面的污渍去掉。
2.通过喷雾、涂抹、浸渍等方法将除锈剂作用在零部件上，用喷雾器多次喷洒，如果选用浸泡方法，容器应为塑料、橡胶等，严禁使用金属材质容器。
3.喷上除锈剂后，等10分钟左右的时间，便可生效。（根据生锈情况，可以重复该步骤）。
4.产品除锈后，干燥后可喷漆处理，如果需要长期防锈可以选用我司的防锈液或防锈

5.使用量为7-10平方米/公斤。
6.JD-900有腐蚀性需要戴手套操作。
